These Terms of Service govern your use of shootstudio.online and the graphic design services provided by ShootStudio, a Registered Graphic Design Studio located at Shop No 1-7, Sheetal Shopping Centre, Bhatar Rd, Athwa, Surat, GJ 395017, India.

Services

ShootStudio provides professional graphic design services including logo design, brand identity, social media creatives, print design, packaging design, and presentation design. All services are provided by trained graphic designers.

Project Agreement

Each project begins with a clear brief and agreed scope of work. Changes to the scope after work has commenced may result in additional charges. All project details are confirmed via WhatsApp before work begins.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all design rights are transferred to the client. ShootStudio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Revisions

We offer revisions as agreed in the project brief. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Major changes to the original brief may be treated as a new project.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed before project commencement. We accept advance payment for all projects. Final files are delivered upon receipt of full payment.

Limitation of Liability

ShootStudio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our design services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
